MailChimp integrates with the Magento in a way, so that you can easily sync your data and get reports on how your newsletters are impacting your business.

You have thousands of products to import/update in Magento? Magmi will be the best option for such task. Magmi is a Magento Mass Importer developed as a Magento database client, It is not an extension.
Main advantage of Magmi is the speed. Compared to traditional import process it will take very less time to process thousands of products.
With additional plugins it can handle configurable products, remote image urls etc. Also for catalog/sales/customer data can be removed quickly with Magmi.
In detail I will be writing separate post about How to use/configure Magmi.
GTmetrix gives you insight on how well your Magento site loads and provides actionable recommendations on how to optimize it.
You just need to enter url of your store, and it will provide the options about how you can optimize it.
By this tool/extension, you can integrate wordpress blog to your Magento store. You can manage all blog posts/categories from Magento admin panel itself. No need to managing different backend panels.
In addition, your blog will have same layout/design as your Magento store. Also you can integrate existing wordpress blog without changing url!
SMTP Pro gives merchants complete control of custom SMTP server settings for sending magento emails and includes pre-configuration for popular services such as gmail and google apps.
Also it has some good features like email logging etc.
